This site does not track you.

This website is a set of static pages. It uses no analytics, no advertising, no cookies and no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds.

What we receive

  • The contact form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
  • If you email us, we receive what you send and use it only to answer you or, for candidates, to consider you for roles.
  • Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect the site.

Resumes and candidate applications

Our talent bench application runs on Google Forms. Resumes and answers you submit are stored in our private, access-restricted Google Drive and used only to match you with roles. Each submission goes through automated checks to filter out spam (for example, that the name on the form matches the resume and the LinkedIn link), and a person makes every decision. We never send your resume to a client or prime contractor without your approval for that specific role.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep emails only as long as we need them for the conversation or a possible placement. To ask us to delete your information, email vectorgatellc@gmail.com.
